Organisations impacted

In addition to my corporate accomplishments, I have authored "User Experience Design: A Practical Playbook to Fuel Business Growth." This book explores the integral role of UX in business expansion, making it a must-read for those aiming to adopt a user-centric mindset.

I currently reside in the vibrant community of Dublin, California, with my loving wife and two beautiful daughters. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find solace and adventure in high-altitude trekking. Recently, I conquered a challenging 15,000ft trek in the breathtaking Himalayas, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to embark on the remarkable journey to the Everest Base Camp in the near future.

As I strive for personal growth and exploration, I draw inspiration from the resilience and determination required to conquer these majestic treks. The lessons learned from these experiences, such as perseverance, adaptability, and teamwork, resonate deeply with my approach to professional endeavors.

Education

Hello!

I am Satyam Kantamneni, originally from India, where I spent the first twenty years of my life living across various states, absorbing the unity in its diversity. Born into a military family, I learned the value of collaboration, camaraderie, courage-under-fire and relentless pursuit of excellence from an early age. This environment cultivated my affinity for problem-solving in ambiguity, which later became a cornerstone of my professional journey.

I pride myself on being an insatiable learner, with academic achievements spanning Engineering, Human-Centered Design, and Business. I had the honor of attending the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, studying Design Thinking at Stanford's d.school, and earning a Master's degree in Human Factors from Wright State University.

Throughout my professional journey, I've had the opportunity to serve in renowned organizations such as Siemens Corporate Research, Fidelity Information Systems (FIS), PayPal, and Citrix. As the Managing Director of Product Design at Citrix in San Francisco, I led the design of ALL enterprise products and contributed to the exponential growth of the design team from 4 to over 100+. Also as a key player, I took the lead in spearheading the establishment of PayPal's Global Design Center in India, marking a significant milestone in my design leadership journey.

During my tenure at Harvard, I noticed a prevalent gap in the strategic application of Experience Design in businesses. This insight inspired me to found UXReactor, an "experiment" that swiftly became a leading User Experience design and product strategy firm. Under my leadership, UXReactor has consistently ranked on the Inc5000 list for three years in a row. The company's focus on Experience Thinking has helped our clients generate substantial additional revenue and brought a structured approach to Experience-led growth.
